Something that is not on this list. A larger property, a business with several sites, more than one household, or a situation you cannot find a name for.
The services on this site cover the situations that come up most often. They do not cover everything, and a fixed price for work nobody has scoped yet would be a guess dressed up as a number.
So this is the honest version: describe what is going on and we will tell you what it would take. That might turn out to be one of the other services after all, in which case we will say so and you can book it at the published price.
It might also turn out that we are not the right people. You will get told that too, rather than being sold something that nearly fits.
Prices reflect the time these engagements normally take. Where a service is priced by size, pick the tier matching whichever part of the description is larger for you — a small house with a great many devices belongs in the higher tier. If what we find on the day goes beyond the tier you picked, we will tell you before starting and agree any additional time with you first. We never bill for extra time you have not agreed to.

A written outline of what we would do, how long it would take, and what it would cost. No obligation attached to it.
You decide
If it is worth doing, we schedule it. If not, you have a clear picture of your situation and it cost you nothing.
